GENERAL FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS

INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPATE

THIS CONTRACT IS GENERALLY, MAINLY, FOR THE WORLD GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS, WHICH ARE MANDATORY

1.) 2.) Investigations to be sure the proper class level is/has been paid, may be initiated, and are automated, by the Azoic Financial Global Services for Pious, S.A. and The Ban Exchange, if correct payments have been initiated on the alertpay subscription trust basis, invoices will procure any debt in/from the payees in any manner within the laws of the mother country of citizenship and/or the world government councils, with payment due, and must be paid by the clients monthly, on the anniversary date of conception into this agreement, monthly. Each monthly renewal a -10% discount is awarded, from the fee due, up to five (5) years of a discount. An additional discount can be -10% for work completed within the archive sectors, per year, up to five (5) years of the discount, access to remit is at the very bottom of this document. Non payment [canceling the alertpay subscription] will disqualify the non payee of any private trade communications, global disciplinary actions, penalties, from The Ban Exchange, in relation to "Timing is of the Essence" and any remarkable incomes, revenues, interest earnings, enhancements.

3.) An MONTHLY fee, is paid automatically upon ordering, the structure is as follows, reminders of monthly payment due will not be sent from the Corporate panels, the fees are mainly for, in order {1-3}... 1.}= disclosure fees [Simply using any of the vests in The Ban Exchange Archives as disclosed], then 2.}= brokerage fees [Initiating The Ban Exchange Terms and Conditions as stated], then 3.}= franchise fees [Initiating The Ban Exchange Franchise Agreement Form], they are all in the same, depending on what level of service you desire to be classed in by The Ban Exchange corporate panels. If the fees are not received, any affiliation with The Ban Exchange will purge and delete, be voided, canceled, enulled. Reinstatement in another time period is acceptable, at any time, simple starting from the beginning again, with full benefits from a beginning stand points, not as a past client.
